Twice a year teachers are given improvement training
courses which are designed and performed either by
Department Head or by outside persons. At the end of
each of these courses teachers are given assessments
to demonstrate their learning results and improvement
status.
The application of such improvement plan and
evaluation process allows the school administration to
screen the acting staff to keep those who are inline
with the school mission and beliefs.
Administration staff:-
On a regular basis, specialized training courses are
given to them. These courses cover different aspects
of administration and are given by specialized
organizations in Egypt, such as El-Ahram and the
American University in Cairo. Depending on the results
obtained from those organizations by the assessments
they give, staff members get improvement in their field
of work.
Records of all improvement courses and assessment are kept in order to evaluate the school as a whole performance.
The school has planned for such improvement plans in order to keep its performance effective as possible in order to reach its fixed goals.
