Student's performance is continuously measured
throughout the whole school year. Several
assessments are given to each students on weekly
basis in the form of small quizzes.
At the end of each
school year quarter students are given assessment
tests which determine their learning results. In addition
to those tests students are given home assessments
either in the form of drills or essays where they
demonstrate their learning and research capabilities.
At the end of each of the two school year semesters
students have to pass screening tests which
determine their learning results and the steps to
follow in order to earn a credit.
For students who did not
achieve what was expected, summer courses are
given to them followed by another evaluation
assessment in order to allow them to be transferred to
the following grade.
During the school year, make-up tests are given to
students who did not reach the expected achievements
for special circumstances.
All of these assessments originate either from
teacher's resource, test generators from different
books publishers or from standardized test web sites.
Each student has a separate record showing its
performance throughout the whole school year and it is
presented monthly to the parents, teachers and the
student himself.
